Jane is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She has two new program packages offered for people who are currently taking her fitness classes; The Path Finder and The Adventure Add-on.
The Path Finder Package-
This one-on-one, four-session package is the perfect add-on for anyone wanting more support.

45 minutes/ 4 sessions -$70 (special package fee for people enrolled in a class only)

The Adventure Package-
Is one of your intentions to get outside more and hike?
This package will get you outside, show you new trail options, and provide the partnership of a caring coach.
You must live within a 30-mile radius of Jane’s Viola, Wisconsin home.
4/60 minute sessions (Coaching/hiking)

* The Adventure Package is only offered to people who live within a 30-mile radius of Jane’s Viola, Wisconsin home, can walk at least one mile, and are currently enrolled in one of her fitness programs. You must be able to walk at least one mile.
Head to Toe

The perfect class for active women who want to advance their overall fitness level, maintain it, or age more gracefully.
Never a dull moment from class to class!
Whether we're lifting weights or doing cardio bursts, the pilates one-hundred or lat pulldowns with a band, Head to Toe will keep your mind and muscles engaged.
45 minutes fly by with a variety of standing, sitting, and lying exercises and stretches that are guaranteed to make you stronger, more flexible, stand taller, and tackle your day with more confidence.
An exercise tube, booty band, weights, a small pilates ball, and a mat are needed. A step/stool is optional.
Lift. Pull. Kick. Jump. Stretch.
BONUS: Sign up for Head to Toe before the last week of each month and you’ll receive the Sit, Stand, Stretch class free. It’s that easy!
Sit- Stand- Stretch
8:30 a.m
Tuesdays and Thursdays
Start your day with an exercise class designed for women who've had knee or hip replacements, are overweight, or are looking for an overall workout without high impact.
You'll enjoy a lively upbeat workout that continually changes to increase the benefits of the mind and body working together.
We'll be working on improving our balance, strength, and flexibility which will allow us to stand taller and function more efficiently.
We use hand-held weights, a chair, a small ball, a resistance tube, and a booty band.
Sit- Stand- Stretch can be modified to fit your needs. The class can be made more difficult by using heavier weights, or easier by using no weights at all. There is no floor work.

Start your weekend with an exercise class designed to get you moving. Sit, Stand, Stretch is a great stand-alone class, or combine it with the Tuesday/Thursday class to get the most benefits.
You'll enjoy a lively upbeat workout that continually changes to increase the benefits of the mind and body working together.

Sunday Evening Stretch and Movement
Sundays

End your weekend with gentle movements and stretches that will increase your flexibility, softly strengthen your joints and muscles, and leave you ready for bed.
You'll start either sitting in a chair, or standing, and end on the floor.
You'll need a chair, mat, stretch band, or stretch tube.
If you’re new to Fitness Choices, please fill out these required forms previous to your first class.
Jane is a great fitness instructor for a variety of reasons. She knows what she’s doing. She is knowledgeable about anatomy and the science of exercise. She adapts exercises for the individuals in the class for a wide range of criteria, including fitness level, flexibility, and issues that her students present on the spot. She varies the line-up of exercises to emphasize particular areas of the body and to keep the classes interesting. She cares about her students. She tells great stories and makes the class time fly by!

Jane has a way of making every workout fun! Even as we do things we maybe don’t like, she makes it fun with stories or her sense of humor and before we know it, we made it through the exercise. Jane is very knowledgeable in so many things. The fact that she continues to learn new and better ways of instruction is incredible. It makes for a great feeling of confidence for all.
